Spiritual Emergence and Transformation

Psychedelic Integration

I am a psychotherapist who works with adults seeking deep, lasting healing. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness and the depth psychology of Carl Jung. I believe we are not separate from nature - we are nature. When we learn to listen to our bodies and reconnect with our inner rhythm, healing unfolds.

Trauma and painful experiences don’t define who you are. Over time they can become the very material from which strength, wisdom, and clarity emerge. In this space recovery isn’t just possible - it’s your birthright.

Together we’ll explore your inner landscape with compassion, curiosity and respect for your unique process. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, depression, or life transitions, we will work at a pace that honors your nervous system and the story your body holds. In addition to traditional talk therapy I integrate holistic and somatic techniques to support emotional regulation, trauma resolution and nervous system healing. We will invite the body into the conversation. When words fall short, the body speaks.

I also hold a professional interest in the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy and its potential to catalyze insight and transformation when approached with respect, preparation and integration.

This is a space for those who feel called to explore beyond the surface-who value individuality, personal responsibility and the mystery of the psyche. If you’re seeking therapy that honors your whole self and supports deep inner work, I invite you to connect.

  • You are not broken. Just like nature you are designed to regrow, regenerate and return to balance

  • Until you make the unconscious conscious it will direct your life and you will call it fate

    Carl Jung

  • Nature doesn't move in mysterious ways, really. She just moves so slowly that we're inclined to lose patience and stop watching before she gets around to the revelations
