Telehealth Services

All therapy sessions are provided remotely using secure video platforms. Telehealth allows us to work together from different locations, but it is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are in crisis, feeling unsafe, or thinking about harming yourself or others, please go to your nearest emergency room or contact local emergency services. You can also call or text 988 (Suicide and crisis lifeline).

Telehealth Consent

By participating in remote therapy, you understand that technology can sometimes fail or be interrupted. Reasonable steps are taken to protect your privacy and confidentiality, but no online system is completely risk-free.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged at the full cost of the session.

Fees & Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. If insurance is accepted, clients are responsible for understanding their coverage, copays, and any out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles at the time services are rendered.
